Genevieve Jane is an on-camera and theater actor based in Chicago.

Her facial expressions shine—she’s natural on camera, and is often called “smart” by directors, who appreciate her ability to take direction well. She has great comedic timing and loves humor. She also has an excellent ear and incredible singing voice.

She loves on-camera! She was thrilled to play the principal character of Lizzie in an upcoming short film by Big Syd Productions, where she got to win hearts with her sweetheart demeanor and romantic expressions. She played Young Chloe in “Sometimes I Imagine Your Funeral,” a beautiful short film where she brought the joy of childhood to life. She also played the humorous lead in “The People Here are Very Nice,” a short film by Paper Crown Pictures. And she loved doing stunts as the drowning youngest sister in the short film “Summer of Kevin.”

Genevieve also is often cast for her humor in commercials—she’s excellent at improv, adapting, and being playful on commercial sets. She has featured in commercials for Pizza Hut, Hansons, and more.

Theater highlights include a dream role of playing Young Elsa in Paramount Aurora’s regional premiere of Frozen. At Paramount, she also loved winning hearts as Brigitta in Sound of Music and rocking people’s faces off showing off her dance moves and voice as Shonelle in School of Rock. And she got to make big choices as Lavender in Fireside’s production of Matilda.
